Leave any section blank to include all entries for that field ie 'blank' 'blank' '1' to see all the entries in plot 1.
I have now added some information from a document that was previously created and there are now duplicate entries that reflect the conditions and inscriptions from the date the details were recorded. To identify they are in section 8 and the plot related to the page where the entry is recorded.
